Another spammer has been nabbed under the CAN-SPAM law.

Peter Moshou, 37, of Auburndale, Fla., has pled guilty to one count of violating federal anti-spam laws for sending out millions of e-mails touting timeshares. How does that add up to one count? He should get hit with, like, a million counts.

Moshou, who did the deed via EarthLink’s network, could face up to three years in prison.
