Yesterday we told you about the NYC subway flasher caught on a cell phone camera by a vigilant female rider. Today’s New York Daily News reports that other victims have come forward and have possibly identified the man as a Manhattan restaurateur.

Police say the suspect was arrested for a similar transgression in the ’90s. He promised to come in and talk to police yesterday, but never showed up.

Earlier victims credit 22-year-old Thao Nguyen, who had the presence of mind to snap his photo while engaged in his display on Aug. 18.

“I’m so glad that woman took the picture,” said one earlier victim. “I wouldn’t even have thought of it.”
