Forget “Days of Our Lives,” we’re addicted to this Google/Microsoft Kai Fu-Lee street fight now unfolding in a Seattle court. Why isn’t this on Court TV?
When we last left our story, Steve Ballmer was tossing around office furniture and promising to “f______ kill Google” according to a former Microsoft engineer. Yesterday, the man at the center of all this – Lee – testified that “Gates yelled at him and used an expletive to say that the company had been hurt by the Chinese people and its government,” according to USA Today.
Lee also noted he wrote “wrote a memo to another Microsoft executive saying he was ‘deeply disappointed at our incompetence in China – that we have wasted so many years in China with little to show for it.’ “
