Everyone’s had a favorite photo (the Patriot’s Mike Vrabel making a spectacular touchdown catch in the Super Bowl) as their Windows desktop wallpaper. But wouldn’t it be better if that image changed more often and had some sort of “live” feel to it? With Wallpaper Cam that’s possible. This $20 program lets you link your wallpaper image to a Web cam feed from around the Globe, including traffic cams and Elvis’ Graceland bedroom (never know when he’s going to come out of hiding.)
We don’t think you can create your own custom Web cam feed to use on your desktop, but the list of options does seem pretty extensive. If you want to download it, probably best to do it on your own and not ask IT for help.
