Get driving directions on your iPod

The iPod gets somewhat handier via iPod Directions, which via Yahoo Maps lets you download driving directions to your device. So now you can carry and view those always not-quite-right directions on your device and listen to music as you get lost a whole new way.

What’s interesting is the site, despite sporting the iPod and Yahoo logos, is not affiliated with either. Wonder how long it’ll last (and continue to make big green via those Google ads on the right) before either party puts the kibosh on it.
