We can all probably agree that technology literacy is important for getting ahead in this techno-crazy world of ours. But can we all agree on a definition of technology literacy, and can we measure it? Educators are about to find out, as they start giving some high school kids the Information and Communication Technology Literacy Assessment test on computer skillz.
