Unlimited storage from Amazon

Forget selling books and CDs, Amazon is now selling cheap network storage for anyone that needs a place to store their files. Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) offers unlimited storage space for 15 cents a gigabyte stored and 20 cents per gigabyte transferred. That’s it. There are no upfront fees and anyone can sign up.

The only catch we can find is that the maximum size of an object stored is 5 GB, meaning our 10 GB video files (AVIs) won’t fit on the service.
