Google Blogoscoped has collected the Google page count for more than 27,000 words in an English dictionary and has crunched the numbers on the current top 30 most-used words online.That sounds more exciting than it is as No. 1 is “a”, No. 2 is “the” and No. 3 is “to.” It’s similarly boring from there on down.But what is fun are the “top 100 gainers” since 2003, basically words that had the largest increase in appearances online. The top three are furl, soignee and pus. Now that’s a fun list to read.
