The New York Times reports that Microsoft will be bringing 12,000 new drones employees on board, necessitating a $1 billion campus expansion. Redmania will grow by 3.1 million square feet over the next three years, which includes new leases and the purchase and construction of 14 buildings.
“The Redmond you’ll see even in a year will make your eyes pop,” said Lou Gellos, a Microsoft spokesman. “It’s going to be a very different campus.”
OK, but how much the security will stink?
