With all the hoopla surrounding online TV repeats and movie downloads, is anyone watching? Not so much, according to a joint AP-AOL poll, which says only 1 in 5 of those who watch videos online has watched an entire TV show or movie. “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” said Benjamin Feingold, president of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, who is clearly subscribing to the Glass Half Full Theory. “A lot of progress has been made in terms of the quality of video and audio on the Web. It’s not the same as broadcast or DVD, but it’s improving.”
