This time, the arrested in question is a 77-year-old Florida man, who “who reportedly admitted looking up women’s skirts for 13 years,” reports the Sunshine State press.
In the past, the defendant says he used store mirrors to sneak a peak, but has since upgraded to a cell phone, which is what got him busted this time. Yay, technology!
