Lay your hands on invoices from software vendors that include all details, including the software name, version, and delivery date. Then make copies of these invoices and store them somewhere no disgruntled employee can find and steal them before they turn you in for the reward money. 14th: Test the restore process for files from local backups and remote backups. 21st: Update some content on your Web site. Assign someone to update a blog at least twice a week. 28th: Defragment the disk drives on your servers and heavily used workstations.
