Microsoft ignores Vista upgrade loophole

Vnunet.com is reporting that Microsoft will not close a loophole whereby consumers can upgrade to Vista, even if they do not currently own a licensed copy of Windows XP. Instead Microsoft is relying on consumer honesty.
