Microsoft has released the beta of its Community Platform, reports WinBeta. The platform aims to provide tagging and social bookmarking services, ways to communicate with others in the community,and to replace current Microsoft blogs and forum sites. Microsoft says the all the services in the beta are “fair game” for user input and feedback.
