Cisco warns of crafted IP option vulnerability

Cisco IOS routers and switches may be vulnerable to a remotely exploitable crafted IP option DoS attack, according to a Cisco advisory. Exploitation of the vulnerability may potentially allow for arbitrary code execution, the company reports.
