Radio talk show giant Rush Limbaugh has entered the podosphere as of today. His show is available to subscribers of the Rush 24/7 service. Technically, the show is not a “podcast” because it doesn’t use RSS. Instead, Premiere Radio, the syndication company for Rush’s show, is using the Maven Networks technology to push the show down to those that want it. RSS does not support paid subscriptions, so Premiere went with another option. However, the MP3 file that is downloaded is not DRMed, so you technically can do whatever you want with it once you get it.
