Deja Vu all over again: Y2K+7

Great, the new energy bill that should be signed into law today is going to mess up my TiVo. Under the new law, daylight savings time will be extended three weeks. Unfortunately, most electronics that automatically adjust for the seasonal time change are based on a calendar that hadn’t changed since 1987. So you have a shade over two years to get your system updated before the big Y2K+7 time shift.
