Alan Wexelblat, a contributor to a list I subscribe to (yo, IRR) noted “Fascinating. I gave it a few tries. I can do one in about 20-30 seconds, so assuming they’re all approved, that’s .06-.09/minute, or a whopping $3.60-5.40/hr. I guess that’s OK. It’s a lot less labor-intensive than flipping burgers which, around here, pays $5.50+/hr.“
This struck me as particularly interesting because it means that a lot of very basic data categorization jobs can be performed for what will be very reasonable prices. And should you live in Mexico or India the compensation rate must look mighty good …
