Winners of the August Cisco Subnet giveaways

The August contests have closed and the winners have been selected and contacted. We are pleased to announce that Shane Harvey, a customer support engineer (pictured), has won the grand prize. He won a free Cisco training course from Global Knowledge. He correctly answered the trivia question by explaining that a ‘Weighted tail drop” is a congestion avoidance mechanism used on Cisco’s 2960/2970/3560/3750 switch family.
