A new way to get W7 on the cheap.
Twitter is abuzz with the news that Windows 7 will be availale for $30. But alas, restrictions apply, as the deal is only open to college students. The offer expires Jan 3.
Consumers other than qualifying college students will be asked to pay $120 for Windows 7 Home Premium, $200 for Windows 7 Professional and $220 for Windows 7 Ultimate.
