Court dismisses bulk of SCO’s DaimlerChrysler lawsuit

The SCO Group made a lot of noise in March when it sued DaimlerChrysler over Unix licensing. The auto maker then argued that there was “no genuine issue of material fact” in SCO’s case, and a judge appears to have agreed. The question now is, will SCO amend its complaint, ask the judge to reconsider, or focus on its three other pending lawsuits?
