Cisco demos ‘anywhere, any device’ access to content

Cisco is hoping that it has all corners covered at next week’s CTIA Wireless 2008 conference in Las Vegas. Cisco plans to

have demos that show off its wares for mobile video, ‘three-screen session shifting’, broadband wireless gateway, and WiMAX. Specifically, it will demo the Cisco Service Exchange Framework for Mobile, which links radio access networks (RANs) to IP networks; an interactive Mobile Transport Pseudowires and IP RAN-Optimization; fixed-mobile convergence services; and visual networking, which provides content session shifting across TV, computer and mobile devices, delivering “anywhere, any device access to consumers’ own content.”
