UPDATE: Microsoft has fixed A problem that prevented some SCCM 2007 users from applying June’s patches. Microsoft Security Advisory (954474) and Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 954474 offer the update and other information.
FROM 6/16:Computerworld is reporting today that some corporate customers are not able to get their June Patch Tuesday updates because of a bug in the update system. Specifically, the story says that corporate customers using System Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) 2007, which itself was just updated to Service Pack 1 (SP1), are affected. And of those, only those systems running System Management Server (SMS) 2003 client software are refusing to update.
