Participating in a panel on scaling and successful IT operations at Velocity Tuesday.

I’ll be speaking on a panel at Velocity this Tuesday at 1:00 PM in Salon E. The title of the panel is, “Success: A Survival Guide”. We’ll be exploring preparations for uncertain scaling conditions, network effect traffic, and the more mundane aspects of building processes for high volume web application.
