Still winging our way around the world following Cisco news (last virtual trip was Japan), this week it’s Vietnam, where Cisco has signed an agreement with the city of Da Nang to develop an e-government infrastructure and metropolitan-area network.
According to VietNamNet Bridge:
Cisco will also assist Da Nang in the evaluation of the core network system and information and communications operations of the city in order upgrade technology and improve infrastructure to optimise network security and value-added services.
