Some 40 million Americans use the Internet as their primary source of news and information about science and nearly 9 in 10 online users have researched a scientific topic on the ‘Net at one point or another. TV still rules though as the top resource for science news, according to the latest national survey conducted by the Pew Internet & American Life Project.
