What is up with all these Cisco security alerts lately? In the past couple of months the company has been issuing security advisories like they’re candy. Since January we’ve seen 12 advisories – count them here – many of them IOS-related. And if you subscribe to Cisco’s security advisories RSS feed, you won’t find the latest two alerts that were issued yesterday listed there, just to make matters more complicated for network managers scrambling to safeguard their IOS software. Seems like the RSS feed has shut down from overwork. UPDATE: The RSS feed is now up-to-date and both of Wednesday’s alerts are up – but with today’s date.
Enough with the alerts already
