Dot Hill Systems rolls out new arrays

Dot Hill Systems on Monday rolled out new storage for entry-level and midsized businesses. The new arrays include the Dot Hill 2322 iSCSI SAN array, which uses 2.5-inch disk drives, the 2532 DAS host-SAS array and the 2332 iSCSI amd 2732 4Gbps Fibre Channel SAN arrays which use 3.5-inch disks. The new systems add up to 96 drives and support total capacities of as much as 192TB. They also include EcoStor battery-free cache backup and the RAIDar 2.0 user interface, which includes provisioning and configuration wizards. The new arrays support optionally AssuredCopy and AssuredSnap software. The new Dot Hill 2322, 2332, 2532 and 2732 Series arrays are available now starting at $11,000.
