DynamicOps has integrated its Virtual Resource Manager (VRM) software with BMC’s BladeLogic Operations Manager to coordinate the initial provisioning and ongoing management of virtual machines. The image deployment option allows companies to install their OS and application software using the same methodology for both their physical and virtual environments. BMC’s BladeLogic Operations Manager allows companies to manage software updates and maintain compliance to software revision levels for their virtual machines using the same tools as their physical machines. With this integration, one request to VRM initiates the delivery of a virtual machine through a single tool.
