Texas Memory launches 100TB SSD array

Texas Memory Systems on Wednesday rolled out the RamSan-6200, a SSD array with 60T to 100TB of capacity in a 40U configuration. The system can deliver 5 million IOPs with 60GBps of throughput. The RamSan-6200 contains 20 RamSan-620 single-level cell solid state drives in a rack. TeraWatch management software provides a single console for monitoring. The product is available now.
