BULLETIN – Report: Former Qwest CEO Nacchio convicted

Joseph Nacchio, the former CEO of Qwest, was found guilty of 19 counts of insider trading Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported.

But the jury, after six days of deliberations, found Nacchio not guilty on 23 out of the total 42 counts of insider trading.
