It has been 24 hours and I am waiting to see if anyone has successfully unlocked the phone so it can be used on other GSM networks. There is a good discussion here. I have no problems if visual voicemail etc works, but common sense would tell me that all the data centric services such as Google Maps etc should work find with a data service. I am waiting….
