Emboldened by his stated belief that his company was “clean,” Network Appliance CEO Daniel Warmenhoven last year blasted enforcement officials conducting stock-option investigations for perpetrating a “witch hunt.”
Now NetApp stockholders are contending in a lawsuit that Warmenhoven was wrong on both counts, according to this story in the San Jose Mercury News.
