Chelsio ships iSCSI to Fibre Channel router

Chelsio Communications on Monday announced that its Unified Storage Router (USR-1000) is now available. The USR-1000 is a 10Gbps iSCSI to Fibre Channel router aimed at midrange to high-end enterprises that want to preserve their investments in Fibre Channel while moving to iSCSI in departments and remote locations. The USR-1000 has two 10Gbps Ethernet ports, two 1Gbps Ethernet ports and four 8Gigabit Fibre Channel ports. It supports multi-path I/O for iSCSI and Fibre Channel clients.
