Organizations will increasingly adopt UC SaaS. Although SMBs will still favor fully hosted solutions, more large organizations will embrace SaaS for specific applications. These will be the larger companies that have been using SaaS for applications such as CRM, and are now comfortable with the SaaS model. More organizations will adopt communication solutions from “nonstandard” players — Microsoft, IBM and particularly Google, as they continue to expand hosting/SaaS for UC applications, adding additional voice and conferencing functionality.
