Tandberg Holders To Reject Cisco Bid Offer, someone said no to Cisco?

Analysis

They say Tandberg would be better off not a Cisco company, like tell us something we dont know.

While I was on a 5am Telepresence call with EMEA, this was sent to me buy someone on the call, they said I hope thats not a Tandberg Telepresence Unit you are using Larry, lol. A group of 24% of the Tandberg shareholders say no to Cisco and that the company would be better off no a Cisco company. This comes from Swedish brokerage SEB Enskilda, which represents the 21 shareholders in the Norwegian company. So what does this say to Cisco? Have these shareholders seen what Cisco does with its acquisitions and don’t want to see Tandberg go down the drain as another Cisco Company? I wonder is Cisco was just in that position again; of if you cannot beat them then buy them? But this big no from shareholders does say allot to what people think of Cisco buying companies. Could this put a halt to the Chambers buying spree? Wall Street Journal Story this morning: http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20091015-704045.html
