Nemertes finds a common characteristic of companies using MSPs for VoIP is the fact that they also use other types of managed services. The company essentially has bought into the value of managed services (not necessarily fully outsourced services). Among those using managed VoIP services, the top three managed services are business continuity/disaster recovery (80%), UC (76%) and security (68%).
