HP eyes Opteron

It would appear AMD really struck a chord with server buyers in its Opteron processor. The chip provides an interim step between the 32-bit world and the 64-bit world, something Intel didn’t really provide. Now HP is considering a jump on the bandwagon.

Draft EU ruling finds Microsoft guilty
