Now Apple is offering for download Mixed-Pod College Edition 1.0: “An iPod based mixed drink database with over 800 recipes, 100 drinking games and tips/tutorials.”
This leaves us with many questions:
Is this for real?
Well, it looks legit and is on the Apple site. However, it loses points for the developer’s site trying to toss a virus at us (don’t click that MonkeyMan9700 link).
It promises “helpful hints and tips”. What kind of hints and tips would you need?
Dunno. How to improve your game of quarters? How to make sure your Jello shots hold?
How long until Apple pulls this?
Good question. We’re kinda surprised it’s up there at all. Although there’s the usual boilerplate disclaimer language at the bottom: “Apple is providing links to these applications as a courtesy, and makes no representations regarding the applications or any information related thereto.”
