Starting today, the brave can download a free tool, AIM Sync, that will let you know whether those sending you e-mail are available on IM. Funny, we usually look to our Buddy List for that info.
When you receive an e-mail from an AIM member who’s online, the yellow AOL running man logo will appear in the From line. Click on it and you can start a chat with that person.
We can hear hackers and help desk alike putting on another pot of coffee right now.
