Butler County commissioner Michael Fox says the current system of monitoring paroled sex offenders is imprecise:
“But right now, what we have is a law that merely requires that convicted sexual offenders register their addresses and keep in touch with authorities on a regular basis. What we have is a law that provides a false sense of security.”
