Well, it happens, says USA Today, which somehow found people to relate their toilet tales. It’s not surprising that cells go into the drink. If you leave it in your back pocket or on a less-than-secure belt clip, accidents happen.
What surprises us are the people who go fishing – barehanded – to get them back. In our book, that’s a one-way trip. Any technology that plunges to a watery grave is happily the property of King Neptune, and we’re off to the Verizon store to buy the cheapest replacement we can find.
