Las Vegas casinos are always at the cutting edge of technology, be it to catch card counters and the fast-fingered or to ensure gamblers leave as much money as possible at the table.

Therefore, it’s no surprise that casinos are starting to use RFID-enabled gaming chips to track a player’s gambling behavior.

The RFID chips are being beta’d at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and will be featured throughout the soon-to-open Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino.
