Dell has commissioned an international study of what keeps female managers from quitting their gigs and, shocker, the No. 1 answer was “supportive managers.”
The other two main features that factor into a woman’s decision to stay or leave an employer are having some kind of assistance with family and personal obligations, and flexible working hours.
So it’s official, female managers across 35 countries agree: Jerk bosses stink.
