Now *this* is a study we can relate to:

The University of Maryland conduced research on computer rage and found that 20% of respondents admitted dropping a computer on the floor out of anger. We think the more accurate verb would be “throwing,” but that’s just us.

Other methods of admitted computer abuse (and you know these were all running Windows):

  • Smashing the computer.
  • Microwaving the computer.
  • Cursing the computer.
  • Urinating on the computer.
  • Throwing it in a fryer.
  • Shooting at the computer.

Who would be so angered they’d toss it in a microwave? That sounds premeditated.
