You think Bono took the couch or Bill had an air mattress?
Gates told the news agency “I was one of 20,000 screaming fans” at the show. But when pressed about whether he could buy a U2 special edition iPod, Gates replied, “Absolutely not.” Hee.
We can picture Bono sitting on a sectional all resplendent in leather and giant black shades talking with Gates, sporting his usual oxford-shirt-and-sweater combo, over a bowl of Cheetos.
Now if Bono is truly looking out for the good of mankind, he would have talked to Bill about vaccinations for poor countries, environmental protection and patching.
