Wish I was there

If you’re like us you got hosed out of going to Interop 2005. And we had *just* finished “Doyle Brunson’s Super System” and had our Johnny Chan tracksuit all ready to go, only to get the gladiator thumbs-down.

However, you and I can get a taste of what we missed via my colleague Jason’s photos from the Interop show floor. There are odd booth activities, NW President John Gallant looking like the maitre d’ at the Golden Panda, and ‘Net Buzz columnist Paul McNamara wearing what he normally wears to the office every day. Apparently what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas if you have a digital camera.

Jason, where are the magicians, the booth babes and the horrible booth actors? That’s the best part! If the show was magician-free, we’re glad we didn’t go.
