All tricks in Halloween tech crime spree

Not a good day for tech companies across the globe. In London, The Register reports thieves broke into Level 3 and store core router cards, halting all services at the data center. And in San Francisco, someone threw “an explosive device” at PayPal/eBay HQ. The device shattered a 6-foot square window on the ground floor. What is with all this violence? Can’t anyone just TP a building anymore?
