CEO steals employees’ identities

It’s one thing to have your identity stolen by a stranger. It’s a whole other ballgame to have it stolen by your boss. Terrence Chalk, 44, CEO of Compulinx Managed Services of White Plains, NY., was indicted on charges of conspiracy, credit card fraud and making false statements to banks. Chalk and his nephew are alleged to have “used using the names, addresses and Social Security numbers of his employees to secure the bank loans between 2001 and 2006. He also ran up $100,000 in credit card charges using their identities, prosecutors said.” Compulinx is described as a “computer management firm.” We’re keeping an eye on you, Gallant. Via USA Today
