Trump, um, trumped by his own Web site

Donald Trump’s proposed hotel/condo project in SoHo may have been jeopardized by the Trumpster’s own Web site. The Spring Street area isn’t zoned for residential buildings but does allow hotels. Opponents of the project have reported Trump to the city’s building commissioner after they found a question on TrumpSoho.com asking whether prospective buyers will be using their unit as a “primary residence,” “secondary residence,” or “investment property.” Opponents say the hotel is really a Trojan horse hiding a residential building.
